PAM Air-Service, Inc. Group is a family-owned and operated Air Conditioning and Heating company serving all of Long Island, Metro New York, and the Tri-State areas.
PAM Air-Service, Inc. Group excels in servicing, retrofitting, and new installations, prioritizing our client’s needs with a dedicated and skilled team to ensure your comfort.
- Computer System – We track all service and installation activity with our “state-of-the-art” in-house computer system designed specifically for PAM Air-Service, Inc. Group and programmed for HVAC installation, maintenance, and/or service.
- Communications – We use a combination of emailing and via cell phone to network for quick direct response.
- Insurance – Full coverage of Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance provides accountability.
- Service Vehicles – All of our vehicles are newer generation, modern, presentable, and efficient. They are stocked with a complete range of standard universal parts, materials, and tools to complete the project when possible, during the first visit. We are affiliated with all major manufacturers and parts supply depots in the event a special part is needed.
- Technicians – PAM Air-Service, Inc. Group technicians are EPA-certified to legally handle refrigerants. We provide periodic in-house installation training, mechanical training, and customer awareness programs.
- Service Agreements – Preventive maintenance; efficient prompt emergency service programs are available, and the answer to your comfort and reduced operating costs. PAM Air-Service, Inc. Group has a maintenance program to meet both your equipment and economic requirements.
